These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gaming services offered via wheeloffortune-ca.com under the brand Wheel Of Fortune Casino ("Wheel Of Fortune Casino"). By accessing or using the site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and replace all prior versions.

- "User" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Site or uses the Services, whether or not they have completed registration.
- "Account" or "Player Account" means the registered online gaming account created by a User on the Site to access the Services.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any sum of money staked by a Player on the outcome of any game or event offered via the Services.

- "Ontario Laws" means all applicable statutes, regulations, standards, and policies governing internet gaming in Ontario, including those issued by AGCO and iGO.
- "Force Majeure Event" means any event outside the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power failures, network outages, strikes, regulatory changes, and third-party system failures.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Legal age: You must be at least 19 years old, physically located in Ontario, and otherwise legally permitted to participate in internet gaming under Ontario Laws. Any reference to "18+" in generic materials does not apply; the binding requirement for Wheel Of Fortune Casino is 19+ in Ontario.
- Single account: You may hold only one Player Account with the Operator for Wheel Of Fortune Casino. Multiple accounts, including using different emails or identities, are prohibited.
- Personal use: Accounts are for individual, personal, and non-commercial use only. Accounts may not be opened or used on behalf of third parties.
Account Creation Process

KYC and Identity Verification
- Know Your Customer (KYC): In accordance with Ontario Laws and anti-money laundering obligations, you must provide documentation to verify your identity, age, and address. This may include:

- Failure to verify: If you fail to provide required documents, provide false or misleading information, or the Operator is unable to verify your details to its reasonable satisfaction, your Account may be suspended or closed, and funds may be managed in accordance with Ontario Laws and these Terms.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration and profile information remains accurate and up to date. You must promptly update your details if they change.
- Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, passwords, and security information confidential. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password;
- Not share your credentials with anyone;
- Log out after each session and protect your devices against unauthorized access.
- Unauthorized use: You must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access or misuse of your Account. The Operator may temporarily suspend the Account while investigating.
- Prohibited activities: You agree not to:
- Register or use an Account using another person's identity or details;
- Act as a "front" or intermediary for another individual or entity;

Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Conditions
- Game rules: Each Game offered by Wheel Of Fortune Casino is governed by its specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information, which form part of these Terms. In case of conflict, the specific Game rules prevail for that Game.
- RNG fairness: Electronic Games (excluding genuine live dealer outcomes) are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) in accordance with AGCO requirements and ISO 27001-backed security processes on the Entain tech stack.
- Availability: The Operator may add, modify, suspend, or remove Games from the Site at any time, subject to regulatory requirements.
Placing Bets
- Bet limits: Minimum and maximum bet amounts for each Game are displayed within the Game interface. You are responsible for checking these before placing any bet.
- Funding bets: Bets are placed using your available Real Money Balance and, where applicable and permitted, Bonus Funds. If your balance is insufficient, the bet will not be accepted.
- Bet confirmation: A bet is deemed accepted once it is processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your transaction history or Game log. The Operator's records are conclusive evidence of all transactions.
- Currency: All bets and payouts are denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Bet Cancellation and Modification
- Irrevocability: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Operator's systems, you cannot cancel or change it, except where a clear technical error or malfunction is proven.
- Operator corrections: If the Operator identifies an error in Game operation, odds display, RNG functioning, or account balance calculations, it may:
- Void affected bets;

- Re-run or settle bets based on the correctly functioning system.
Live Casino and Chat Conduct
- Respectful behaviour: When participating in live dealer Games, in-game chats, or other interactive features, you must:
- Treat dealers, staff, and other Players with respect;
- Refrain from abusive, harassing, defamatory, racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive language;
- Refrain from spamming, advertising, or posting third-party links.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not:
- Use any automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets;
- Collude with other Players or any third party to gain unfair advantage;
- Exploit any bug, glitch, or system vulnerability; if discovered, you must report it to [email protected] and not use it for gain.
- Enforcement: The Operator may mute chat, restrict features, suspend, or terminate Accounts that breach conduct rules, and may report serious incidents to regulators or law enforcement where required.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate terms: Each Bonus or promotion offered by Wheel Of Fortune Casino is subject to these Terms and additional promotion-specific conditions displayed on the Site at the time of the offer. In case of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that offer.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to:
- Registered Players with a verified Account located in Ontario;
- Players who receive the offer directly via the Site, email, SMS, or in-account messaging.
- Non-transferable: Bonuses and Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through satisfaction of applicable conditions.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:

- Enter a bonus code;
- Make a qualifying deposit or place a qualifying bet.
- Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a 100 CAD bonus with a 25x wagering requirement requires total bets of 2,500 CAD before the Bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.
- Timeframes: Each Bonus will specify a time limit (for example, 7 - 30 days from crediting) within which wagering must be completed. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings not meeting the requirements within the stated period may be forfeited. All promotional timeframes visible on the Site will not extend beyond 31 December 2026 unless expressly updated.

Prohibited Games and Actions
- Game restrictions: Certain Games or categories may:
- Not contribute to wagering requirements at all; or

- Irregular play: The following may be treated as "irregular play" for Bonus purposes and may result in Bonus cancellation and/or confiscation of associated winnings, subject to Ontario Laws:
- Placing large bets relative to the bonus value solely to progress wagering quickly;
- Using bonus-eligible bets to hedge against other bets;
- Colluding with other Players to exploit promotions.
Combining Promotions
- One promotion at a time: Unless expressly allowed, only one active sign-up or deposit Bonus may be used at a time. You may not combine multiple welcome bonuses.
- Order of offers: The Operator may specify an order in which promotions are applied. Some offers may be incompatible with others, and the Operator may require completion or expiry of one promotion before another becomes available.
- Changes and withdrawal: Subject to applicable regulations, the Operator may modify, suspend, or withdraw a promotion that has not yet been accepted by you (e.g., where you have not yet opted in or made a qualifying deposit). Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Deposit methods: Wheel Of Fortune Casino may make available a range of Payment Methods including, where permitted:

- Interac and bank transfers;
- Other locally approved instruments.
- Ownership of payment methods: You may only use Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request documents to verify ownership and may refuse or reverse transactions involving third-party accounts.
- Deposit limits and controls: Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or per period will be displayed on the Site. You may also set personal deposit limits and other responsible gambling tools as required by AGCO and iGO standards.
- Fees and processing times: The Operator aims to process deposits immediately but does not guarantee real-time processing. Any Operator-imposed fees will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional charges.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals will typically be processed via the same Payment Method used for deposit, where technically and legally feasible. The Operator may require that Real Money Balance and winnings be paid out through verified methods only.
- Verification and security: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may:
- Require completion of KYC verification;
- Request additional documents to confirm identity, address, or payment ownership;
- Conduct checks to comply with anti-money laundering and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable time, generally within a few business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your Payment Method and financial institution and may extend processing beyond the Operator's control.
- Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction or time period will be stated on the Site. The Operator may stagger large withdrawals into instalments, subject to Ontario Laws.
Refunds, Reversals and Adjustments
- Transaction review: The Operator may decline, reverse, or void transactions (including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals) where:
- Regulatory obligations require such actions;
- Fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, or unauthorized use is suspected;
- Technical or human errors have incorrectly credited amounts to your Account.
- Refunds of bets and bonuses: In the event of Game malfunction, system error, or other technical issues, the Operator may:
- Void affected bets;
- Return the original stake to your Account;
- Cancel affected Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from them, in line with Ontario Laws.
- Segregated player funds: Player funds are held in segregated Canadian bank accounts, separate from the Operator's operational funds, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Bank names and account details may not be disclosed publicly but are subject to regulatory oversight.
Limitation of Liability
Operator Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, ensuring that Games operate fairly and that RNGs are certified by GLI in compliance with AGCO standards. The Operator will maintain an ISO 27001-compliant information security management system for its platform.
- Accuracy of results: Game outcomes, balances, and transaction records are determined by the Operator's systems. In case of discrepancy between your on-screen display and the Operator's records, the latter will prevail, subject to investigation and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory compliance: The Operator will act in accordance with Ontario Laws, maintain its licence OPIG1237950 in active status (currently extended to at least 2026) and comply with AGCO and iGO standards and directives.
Exclusions of Liability
- Service interruptions: The Operator is not liable for:
- Internet or network interruptions, latency, or failures outside its reasonable control;
- Device failures, incompatibility, or malfunctions on your side;
- Force Majeure Events limiting or disrupting access to the Services.
- Losses and damages: To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario Laws, the Operator will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or opportunity;
- Losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of your credentials, or failure to use responsible gambling tools.
Maximum Liability
- Cap on liability: Subject to non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's total liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of:
- The amount of the relevant bet or wager that directly gave rise to the claim; or
- The amount of funds, if any, that were wrongly debited from your Account due to Operator error.
- No exclusion of statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ontario or federal Canadian law.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and Services are owned by the Operator, its parent companies (including Entain plc and MGM Resorts International), licensors, and/or content providers. This includes:
- Software, source code, and backend systems;
- Graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and branding associated with Wheel Of Fortune Casino as used on wheeloffortune-ca.com;

Changes to Terms
Amendment Procedure
- Right to update: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in Ontario Laws or regulatory requirements;

- Notification: Where changes are material, the Operator will notify you by one or more of the following:

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

- You are underage, not located in Ontario when required, or otherwise ineligible;

- You have engaged in abusive behaviour, cheating, collusion, or system abuse;

Consequences of Termination
- Funds on closure: On legitimate closure of your Account:
- Any remaining Real Money Balance will, subject to verification and legal requirements, be returned to you via an approved Payment Method;
- Bonus Funds that have not met wagering or other conditions may be cancelled and forfeited, in line with applicable promotion terms and Ontario Laws.
- Regulatory reporting: Where required, details of suspicious or unlawful activity may be reported to AGCO, iGO, financial institutions, or law enforcement authorities.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
